Sponsor Guidelines:

• Please notify your family prior to November 15th that you are their sponsor.
• Topics to discuss w/ your family: 1) Will you deliver gifts, 2) Will you request the gifts to be picked
  up, or 3) Meet at a pre-set location to deliver gifts. 4) Set up date and time for delivery.
• We suggest that the minimum spent on each child under 17 years of age be $50- $75. If you buy gifts
  online, notify your family when to expect a delivery.
• Please buy a $50 grocery gift card for your family. If you would like assistance from A CoalitionChristmas in supplying a grocery gift card, we would be happy to help if the funds are available. Please email us with your request info@sandhillscoalition.org.
